BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located in the 1300 block of Hickory Valley Road, being on the southeast line of Hickory Valley Road at Interstate 75. Part of an unplatted tract, being part of the property described in deed book 4133, page 18, ROHC. Said part of tract begins at the intersection of the southeast line of Hickory Valley Road with the northeast line of the I-75 right-of-way, fronts 215 feet on the southeast line of Hickory Valley Road, and extends southeast 215 feet between parallel lines, and along the northeast line of the I-75 right-of-way. Tax Map No. 158F-A-10 (part). from O-1 Office Zone to C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Use as a lawn and garden center only. 2. Maintaining a natural landscaped sight-obscuring screen along the north property line. 3. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as provided by law.
